Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every product batch comes with a publicly accessible Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory. COAs are available on each product detail page.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard domestic delivery is 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team for assistance.
How should I store the peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C or below for long-term storage. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the recommended timeframe.
